Alain Milliat – Strawberry Nectar 12x33cl
Brought back by Mr. Frézier from Chile in 1714 at Plougastel, it settled in this region to become the first production area until the 40s. Since then, we find it both in Sologne, in the Oriental Pyrenees and in the middle high mountain areas. The taste quality of this fruit depends mainly on its environment and its climate.

White peach is mainly juicy but less pulpy than the yellow peach. We have created this reference for a U.S. customer who wanted to have a beautiful quality of white peach for a Bellini cocktail base. The challenge was to find a tasty variety but also a flesh that is white until the stone. We have therefore used an old variety from the Gers.
Discovered in Southern England at the end of the XVIIIth century by a teacher in his garden, this pear got the attention of Mr Williams, his nurseryman neighbour. All the pear brandies are made with this variety, that best displays its quality on a hill of 500m height.
