Alain Milliat – White Peach Nectar 12x33cl
White peach is mainly juicy but less pulpy than the yellow peach.
We have created this reference for a U.S. customer who wanted to have a beautiful quality of white peach for a Bellini cocktail base.
The challenge was to find a tasty variety but also a flesh that is white until the stone. We have therefore used an old variety from the Gers.

White peach pulp ( 50% ), water, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid
The vineyard peach is originally a non grafted tree. The orchard was established on seedlings stones. The orchard is not irrigated and does not suffer from chemical intervention. The production is small and we are the only one using it as a nectar.
